Roche Securities operated from 1993-2003 as a full service Canadian investment bank with 25 employees and completed over $150 million in financing for small cap companies.
Roche Securities was inactive from August 2003 to September of 2005. During this time, Mr. Roche was head of corporate finance and institutional sales for Credifinance Securities Limited, a boutique investment dealer in Toronto, Canada. Since 2005 Roche Securities has been registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Limited Market Dealer. Roche Securities' main focus is Corporate Finance Services and Institutional Sales.
Francis Roche, founder and President of Roche Securities, is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, former member of the Alberta District Council of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada (1999-2003). He was educated at Harvard College (A.B.), McGill University (L.LB./M.B.A.) and Laval University (L.LM.).
